send an email to teachtlh@gmail.com with
the following information:
- Name of Student (or students in a family, if several are working together)
- Age(s) of Student(s)
- Which Category: Science Expo OR Science Fair (see descriptions below)
- Subject of Display (if known)
Science Expo: Presentations NOT requiring experiments. This is a great way to show a topic you have been studying at home, especially if this is your first time participating in a science fair. A Science Expo project can be (but is not limited to) a display, an experiment, a collection, a model, a poster, a diorama, a demonstration of a scientific principle, or an observation log. Science Expo projects will be judged based on presentation and the student's understanding of their project.
Science Fair: Projects/displays that use the scientific method. For a list of judging criteria, please email teachtlh@gmail.com
