Canning Workshop

Several TEACH members attended a Canning Workshop sponsored by the County Home Extension Office and held at Wildwood Presbyterian Church yesterday.

It was very informative and we were given hands on instruction in hot water canning. 

There was talk at the meeting of a community kitchen where residents in our area could come and use canners and other resources to can their produce.
